HEAD SOMMELIER – ÖZGÜR ÖZKAN
Born in Cappadocia, Özgür Özkan began his culinary journey in the kitchen of Museum Hotel. After gaining experience in leading restaurants in Istanbul and the United States, he realized that his true passion lay not in the kitchen, but in the world of wine and mixology. This passion led him to deepen his expertise in wine tasting, regional terroirs, natural producers, and contemporary mixology. Since 2024, he has served as the Head Sommelier & Mixologist at Museum Hotel and Lil’a Restaurant, where he continues to reflect the soulful spirit of Cappadocia in every glass.
